Primary Skills: 2+ years of experience with the AngularJS JavaScript application framework 2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, ES6 JavaScript and Web Standards 2+ years of experience with NodeJS 1+ years of experience with LIT framework The manager for this role is extremely picky . Here is the feedback on why some people were turned down resumes . Use this and make sure you do not send the same. 6 to 8 pages is too long. o XXXXXXX has 2.5 pages for a job that they have only worked for less than 1.5 years. o The same statements are repeated multiple times, sometimes even for the same job. o If a candidate cannot be concise and efficient that might translate to their coding performance and prevent them from focusing on things that matter. Both XXXXX and XXXXXXXX have posts on LinkedIn that looks like their last contract ended 3 months ago but their LinkedIn and resume show they are currently working at their current job. A gap is fine but not being honest about that on a resume is not a good sign. All of the devs have done front end and backend work but they only highlight XXXXXXXX as a full stack dev in their email. ( I need Strong FrontEnd) Some of the words are capitalized and others are not. What is the reason for this Concerned about communication issues.
