System Administration: Oversee telecom systems' administration, maintenance, and optimization to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Fieldwork: Occasionally visit jail facilities on Rikers Island to address telecom-related issues. Qualifications: Proven track record in telecom consulting with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Advanced knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unified Communications, and other relevant telecom technologies. Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
