Job Description - Sr. Cloud Implementation Manager Visa : GC/USC Contract : 6 Month hire Work Location: 2 days onsite Bedford, MA and 2 days onsite Cambridge, MA (free onsite parking). ( Need local ) The Cloud Implementation Manager will work closely with the Managed Services Practice Lead, Director Technical Operations and leaders from other departments to deliver exceptional support to both internal and external customers. Having AWS/Azure and Infrastructure expertise is critical. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage direct reports, vendors, service providers as well as a remote diverse tier 2/3 technical operations team. Ensure the efficient utilization of technical resources. Ensure best practices are established, implemented, and followed for effective problem resolution in a high availability environment. Ensure change management practices conform to client-s organization standards and same for Astadia internal CAB reviews. Provide IT infrastructure planning, development, implementation, and support to include Sales Support for RFP responses. Analyze existing operations, team members, and make recommendations/changes to improve and grow with the business.
