Experience with Automations, Journey set up and development, SMS campaigns, mobile app notifications, data model development. Certified Salesforce marketing cloud system Administrator Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce CRM reporting & analytics Roles and Responsibilities : Lead Discovery session: Lead Discovery Workshop Sessions with Business teams to capture document requirements. Design and document solutions: Design and document end-to-end solutions for key business requirements Communicate with non-technical stakeholders: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
