Job Description: Software Development Consultant Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Software Development Consultant with extensive experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for project analysis, design, development, and full testing cycles leading to implementation. This role requires proficiency in Oracle RightNow CSX Cloud Service, debugging skills, and familiarity with source control procedures. Key Responsibilities: SDLC Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality software delivery through structured processes . Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA): Conduct project analysis, design, development, and testing for OIA applications, including the creation and maintenance of OIA rules and integrations. Cloud Services: Manage and develop applications using Oracle RightNow CSX Cloud Service, ensuring effective debugging and adherence to source control procedures. Application Development: Utilize technologies such as .Net, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/CSS to design and maintain applications. Database Management: Work with Oracle DBMS for data management and application support. User Testing and Knowledge Transfer: Monitor user testing cycles and facilitate knowledge transfer of consultant skills to existing staff at BWC. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the following areas: Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) project analysis, design, development, and testing. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Oracle RightNow CSX Cloud Service, debugging, and source control.
