Desirable Skills: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation). - Background in procurement, supply chain management, or IT service management.
