This role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of secure, reliable, scalable, and high-performing features and functionality for our Web UI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, user experience design, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX developers across the US and Mexico. Design, develop, and implement high-quality web UI features. Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Maintain and improve the performance of existing web applications. Adhere to best practices in UI/UX design and development. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Required Skills UI/UX Technologies: Fundamental knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and Sass. SQL/PL SQL: Experience with database management and queries. JavaScript Frameworks: Proficiency in React and Angular, along with client-side scripting. Accessibility & Web Standards: Understanding of semantic UI and general web standards. Responsive Design: Ability to handle cross-browser compatibility issues. User Experience Design: Consistency with the in-house design system. Asynchronous Web Pages: Experience with AJAX and other asynchronous techniques. Version Control: Familiarity with Git/Github and Bitbucket. Testing: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress. Scrum Delivery Methodology: Understanding of Agile practices. Java & Web Services: Knowledge of REST and SOAP. Containerization: Experience with Docker and OpenShift. Internet Protocols: Understanding of various internet protocols. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Familiarity with AEM for content management. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills.
