Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing SailPoint Identity Now in complex, large-scale environments; integrating SailPoint Identity Now with SuccessFactors, Okta, and Active Directory connectors. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in resolving IAM-related issues across multiple connectors like SuccessFactors, Okta, and Active Directory; Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell, JSON) and API integrations for Identity Now customization. Experience with authentication/authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and integrating Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Experience integrating SailPoint Identity Now with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and other enterprise applications; Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Identity Now Certified Engineer, SailPoint Identity Now Implementation Specialist, or Okta Certified Professional (preferred but not required).
