| Sr Data engineer | Hybrid in Radnor, PA | Direct Client role The candidate should have hands-on development experience with various Azure services including but not limited to. Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob storage, Azure SQL DB, Azure Data Lake and Azure logic App. Design, implement and maintain data warehouse solutions including data migration tools, data modeling, data integration, data warehousing and database design. Develop ETL processes, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data quality and security Collaborate with BI Analyst and stakeholders to deliver scalable data architecture supporting analytics and business intelligence. Review and improve where possible business processes, best practices, and data quality, efficiency, and reliability Drive engagement, organizational assessment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement throughout projects Experience using Agile and waterfall methodologies. Encryption methods, secure data communication, and securing serverless architectures Security on Azure Platform. This includes setting up data governance frameworks, defining data ownership. Ensuring data quality, and implementing data privacy and compliance measures Experience with data tools such as Power BI Develop and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and execute data requirements including the integration of data from all key applications. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP ECC & S/4 Hana Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or specialized training/certification, or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of experience as a Data Engineer Advanced SQL skills. Experience with creating/maintaining stored procedures & structured views SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Experience with ETL/ELT tools, specifically Azure SQL DB and Azure Data Factory Experience with Azure Blob storage, Azure Data Lake and Azure logic App. Strong organizational and time management skills Translate complex business problems into technical specifications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to organize, analyze, and present data Ability to manage multiple priorities Competencies: Analytical Thinking: Able to break down raw data and undefined problems into specific, workable components.
