Role: Lean Agile Coach Location: Lisle, IL Exp: 10+ Years Note: Kindly dont share Scrum OR Project Manager Resumes Job Description: Lean-Agile coaches are responsible for guiding and supporting teams in adopting and implementing Lean-Agile principles and practices based on Scaled Agile SAFe 6.0. They play a crucial role in facilitating the transformation process, ensuring that teams are aligned with the organization's goals and delivering value efficiently. Coaches work closely with teams, stakeholders, and leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Skills and Knowledge Lean-Agile Mindset: Coaches must embody the Lean-Agile mindset, values, principles, and practices. They should lead by example and continuously foster positive change. Technical Agility: Understanding of Agile engineering practices, Scaled Agile SAFe 6.0, DevOps, and continuous delivery pipelines. Facilitation and Coaching: Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams through Agile ceremonies and practices. This includes conflict resolution, team dynamics, and servant leadership. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Coaches should be able to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Training: Coaches are expected to teach courses for known as ARTs in the scaled agile framework and their stakeholders/managers. This includes training on Lean-Agile mindsets, foundations, how to execute in the ART structure, how to operate as an agile team, and train specific roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer (RTE). Facilitating Workshops: They facilitate workshops to strengthen learning, understanding, and agreements. This includes PI (Program Increment) planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Challenging Mindsets: Coaches challenge the mindset of people with powerful questions, encouraging them to think critically and adopt Lean-Agile principles. Sharing Knowledge: They share their previous knowledge from working in or coaching other teams and teams of teams. This includes best practices, lessons learned, and practical insights. Building Relationships: Coaches build trusting relationships with VCT/Team/Management to perform their duties effectively.
