They play a crucial role in facilitating the transformation process, ensuring that teams are aligned with the organization's goals and delivering value efficiently. Coaches work closely with teams, stakeholders, and leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Skills and Knowledge Lean-Agile Mindset: Coaches must embody the Lean-Agile mindset, values, principles, and practices. They should lead by example and continuously foster positive change. Technical Agility: Understanding of Agile engineering practices, Scaled Agile SAFe 6.0, DevOps, and continuous delivery pipelines. Facilitation and Coaching: Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams through Agile ceremonies and practices. This includes conflict resolution, team dynamics, and servant leadership. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Coaches should be able to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Training: Coaches are expected to teach courses for known as ARTs in the scaled agile framework and their stakeholders/managers.
