Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage database scripts for data integrity. Task 2: Project Development Tool for Tracking/Assignment Facilitate the bug tracking system (e.g., JIRA) for SFPUC staff to post and monitor issues. Provide timely analysis, root cause identification, and documentation of bug resolutions. Maintain a backup of all JIRA items related to CCAMS maintenance support. Task 3: System Analysis, Maintenance & Support Conduct periodic scans and analyses, offering recommendations for updates and security enhancements. Verify third-party support for application components and document findings. Task 4: Communication & Project Management Provide weekly project status updates via email and meetings. Schedule and host troubleshooting sessions and walkthroughs for new releases. Task 5: Server Administration Assist in server configuration to resolve CCAMS application issues caused by OS patches.
