Preferably NJ Position Overview: We are seeking a Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong functional background in Life Sciences, specifically in patient journey and engagement analytics. The ideal candidate will help guide stakeholders in interpreting data insights to improve patient engagement strategies and business outcomes, using Snowflake and other analytics tools. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for understanding the business objectives, plan and execute data analytics projects. Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for effective KPIs related to patient data for useful insights to brand teams on performance. Lead discussions on patient engagement metrics and develop actionable recommendations. Ensure alignment of analytics solutions with life sciences industry practices and regulatory requirements. Provide functional expertise in Snowflake for managing large datasets related to patient journey and outcomes. Qualifications: Proven experience as technical project manager for data analytics projects Deep functional knowledge in Life science industry data, preferably on specialty pharmacy patient experience and patient journey analytics. Data integration tools experience like AWS Glue (preferred), Informatica Cloud etc., Experience in Snowflake data warehouse and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI etc., Should possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Required strong experience in data analysis, and reporting. Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies. Strong understanding of healthcare data and regulatory compliance in analytics.
