Ability to capture business statements and pain areas in a clear manner by means of creating epics and user stories. Documenting, acceptance criteria, manage tasks/stories in JIRA with right information by acting as a liaison between technical and business teams. Collaborate with external & internal teams to create designs and to perfect the applications (Mockups, Wireframes and Screenshots) - Prototyping. Hands on AS-IS and TO-BE business processes / workflows as part of GAP analysis Experience in writing SQL queries for data analysis.
