Job summary : We are seeking a dedicated Corp Comm Team Member with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Varicent Development and CARE Architect, and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our corporate communication strategies and ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that align with the companys objectives and values. - Oversee the integration and optimization of Varicent Development tools to enhance communication processes. - Provide technical expertise in CARE Architect to support and improve communication workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms. - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements. - Create and maintain documentation for communication processes and technical integrations. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all communication activities. - Conduct training sessions for team members on the use of Varicent Development and CARE Architect tools. - Support the development of communication materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters. - Assist in crisis communication planning and execution to protect the companys reputation. - Foster a culture of open and transparent communication within the organization. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in corporate communication and recommend best practices. - Provide feedback and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communication or a related field. - Demonstrate expertise in Varicent Development and CARE Architect. - Exhibit strong analytical skills to monitor and improve communication strategies. - Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation. - Have excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Display strong training and mentoring abilities to support team development. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in corporate communication. - Have a proven track record of successful communication strategy implementation. - Possess strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve communication challenges. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Show a commitment to fostering a culture of open communication within the organization. - Demonstrate the ability to provide actionable feedback to senior management. - Have experience in crisis communication planning and execution.
