| Greetings of the day Role : Lead Network Engineer - Support Role Client- Temenos USA Location: Malvern PA Remote but Local candidates only. Pay Rate - Up to $70/hr CTC USC/GC. C2H Conversion %140-$170k Banking domain experience The Lead Network Engineer leads the regional network engineering team and is a key member of the global community responsible for the architecture of SaaS technical operations. Leading by example, the Lead Network Engineer will challenge the team to ensure reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency are carefully considered at all times when delivering services. The Lead Network Engineer is responsible for the delivery of technical operation solutions and the quality of service provided to SaaS customers. Temenos Cloud regional network team is responsible for DevOps and TechOps of Temenos SaaS platforms delivered to customers in their region. Regional network teams are comprised of highly skilled network engineers who must be able to operate autonomously while also taking advantage of the knowledge, skills, and experience that exist across the enterprise when evaluating, creating, and delivering solutions. OPPORTUNITES You will lead, guide, and mentor network engineers while providing configuration/design review to ensure best practices. You will build and govern a systems reliability engineering program. Enforce root cause analysis and remediation program reducing overall incident volume building reliability and maturing SaaS networking platforms. You will work with operations delivery management to ensure proper mapping of systems to services monitoring and incident management to SLA reporting and performance on all network infrastructure. You will work closely with product, network, and security teams globally to align technical architecture and security with network design and business goals. You will track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies, advising the leadership of opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, and/or create competitive advantages. You will provide senior-level expertise on full-stack SaaS and cloud network architecture. You will review, advise, and design standard network device builds and hosted application security. You will facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards, policies, and procedures that guide the design of reliable, scalable, secure technology with auditable process integrity. You will enforce compliance of technical solutions to Temenos policies, standards, and SaaS service expectations. You will integrate, install, configure, test, and support network features and services. You will ensure the network engineering team continues the education, training, and certification required to maintain expertise in Financial Services and SaaS business. You will work with technology partners to enable continuous knowledge transfer and improve service delivery. You will regularly communicate with a wide variety of people and must be confident and capable of communicating at different levels both internally and externally. You will demonstrate a flexible and responsive attitude to service delivery and customer service, possess a desire to automate and innovate, and be able to positively participate in a growing team culture. SKILLS You should have experience as a technical engineering leader mentoring and growing other engineers. You should be a thought leader in enterprise production SaaS and cloud technologies. You should have the aptitude to recognize strengths and weaknesses on a team; maximizing strengths and mitigating weaknesses through growth and mentoring programs and team structuring. You should have experience planning and managing technical program delivery. You should have effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. You should have working knowledge and understanding of core banking and financial systems a plus. You should have discipline and experience in recognizing and handling confidential and sensitive information. You should have the ability to quickly assimilate information, providing innovative solutions and attention to detail. You should have the ability to achieve effective changes and continuous improvement in delivery and the day-to-day operations and processes. You should have experience working with enterprise-level clients when there are issues, acting with credibility and professionalism as well as giving confidence to clients on the actions performed. You should have experience in providing service to financial services organizations including a deep understanding of the specific service, regulatory, confidentiality, and trust requirements of this industry is a plus. TECHNICAL SKILLS You should have experience managing, architecting, and optimizing full-stack production enterprise networking infrastructure, SaaS, and/or cloud platforms. You should have in-depth knowledge of Cisco firewalls, routers and switches. You should have in-depth knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF. You should have in-depth knowledge of enterprise-level switching. You should have in-depth knowledge of Arista, Aruba, Cisco & Plexxi switching platforms. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. You should have a working knowledge of Linux servers a plus. You should have working knowledge of wind router operating systems a plus. You should have a working knowledge of Nutanix interoperability with switching infrastructure. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Azure networking a plus. You should have experience using infrastructure as code and automation toolsets such as Ansible, Puppet, and Jenkins a plus. You should have in-depth knowledge of full-stack platform components such as IAM, Group Policy, and Firewalls (Including WAF). You should have experience in load Balancers, Proxies, Service Mesh, Containers, Data Event Streaming, Queue Service, and Serverless FaaS.
