The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with middleware technologies, cloud integration, and migration strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow and application integration during the transition to cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage middleware solutions to facilitate integration between on-premises and cloud applications. Develop and execute integration strategies for migrating existing applications to the cloud while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute lift and shift migrations, ensuring that applications are optimized for cloud environments. For project support have the ability to monitor and optimize the performance of middleware and integration solutions to ensure efficiency and scalability post-migration. Identify and resolve integration issues, providing support during and after the migration process. Have the ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, architecture, and best practices. Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and understanding of integration requirements. Create the training and support to team members on middleware and integration tools and best practices. Requirements / Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience in middleware and integration architecture, with a focus on cloud migration projects. Middleware acts like the connective tissue between applications, data, and users. Proficiency in middleware from a product/technology perspective (i.e. JBoss) Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud preferred but a strong knowledge of cloud platform is required Experience with APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or middleware technologies Experience working in Agile projects.
