Job Title: Lead Business Analyst - Clinical Job Location: Morrisville, NC (Remote OK) Client Interview Needed: Yes Experience : 12+Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with clinical experience to join our team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define business needs, capture user requirements, and drive process improvements in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing clinical data, improving workflows, and delivering insights that support key business goals.Key Responsibilities: Work independently to solve business problems and prioritize needs. Conduct clinical data analysis and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements. Document business processes, requirements, and workflows. Translate business needs into technical use cases, epics, and user stories. Proactively address customer satisfaction and technology constraints. Ensure project delivery aligns with business goals and expectations. Use both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for project execution.Qualifications: Experience: 8-11 years in business analysis, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel); knowledge of clinical systems and workflows. Experience converting business requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories. Strong skills in risk assessment, problem resolution, and stakeholder negotiation.
