Job Title : REACT NATIVE ARCHITECT Duration: 6+ month contract VISA :- USC, GC, GC- EAD, H4 - EAD Location :- 3 Days Onsite / Week 2Days WFH Atlanta GA Experience: Minimum of 15 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on React Native. Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of mobile applications using React Native. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement new features that enhance user engagement. Establish and enforce best practices for mobile application development, including coding standards, performance optimization, and testing methodologies. Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Evaluate and integrate third-party libraries and APIs to enhance application capabilities. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on React Native. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Extensive experience with mobile architecture patterns and best practices (e.g., MVC, MVVM). Proven expertise in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Mob X). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and backend integration techniques. Experience in deploying mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java) is advantageous. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Firebase) and CI/CD processes. Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Detox, etc.).
