ServiceNow or similar ITSM Service Management tools They will work in an e-commerce retail environment. Work with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet What You Know At least 7 years of experience as an SRE engineer with a great track record, fast learner, and proven performer in all previous assignments. 3+ years of Lead experience Strong experience with GCP with an Azure background. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
