As a Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a critical role in driving the development of innovative software products. Your deep knowledge of Java and hands-on development experience will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, business teams, and the development team to ensure alignment of product goals and technical solutions. Gather, analyze, and define product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and technical constraints. Work closely with Java development teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories. Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered on time and meet business objectives. Lead sprint planning, manage release schedules, and oversee the development process from concept to delivery. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that all product features are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards. Ensure the successful integration of new features with existing Java-based systems and applications. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, leveraging your strong Java background to solve complex technical challenges. Continuously review product performance and gather user feedback to inform future product enhancements and iterations. Work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of the product in production environments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a strong focus on software development. Extensive hands-on experience with Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Solid understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and backend Java systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other Agile certifications. Experience in managing enterprise-level Java applications. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
