In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates should have prior Oracle HR and Payroll Cloud implementation consulting experience. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree Prior Oracle Cloud implementation experience Prior Cloud HR experience and experience in HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, etc. Minimum Years of Experience 5+ years of experience in a similar consulting role or applicable business experience" Responsibilities: Experience with the business processes in HR and exposure with Oracle Cloud Payroll from technical usage Experience in HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI & BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, etc. Strong written and oral communication skills. Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis Role 2 : Kronos Consultant Location: Remote Job Summary: Experience implementing and configuring Kronos/UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher for at least 10 years. Any experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) would be considered an advantage. Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). Experience implementing and configuring UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. Ability to configure WDM/UDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch / DX terminals). Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules will be an added plus. Should have at least 10 years experience working with the Kronos/UKG suite of products. Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support. This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos/UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management. Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
