| Candidates must have a current LinkedIn profile. AND, I do not want to see candidates who just created their LinkedIn recently (ex. someone claiming to have 6 years of experience, yet their LinkedIn was just created six months ago). This can be found on someones profile page, directly under their name title, click on the MORE option, then select about this profile. In my experience, the most common excuse given for this is something like my LinkedIn profile was locked, hacked, etc. and I had to create a new one. Thats what they all say! I need at least one professional reference from the past few years. I will hold off on calling them until the candidate gets an offer, but need to know candidates are willing to provide a reference Need a manager/supervisor, not a colleague I have to be able to find them on LinkedIn I need (in addition to their name), a PROFESSIONAL email address, not a gmail, yahoo, etc. Phone number would be preferred, too Positions can sit in Phoenix, Charlotte, or Irving (TX) on hybrid model Currently, this team is not entertaining people relocating. Candidates must be currently local to one of these three cities.
