Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize the use of AEP and Adobe Target for delivering personalized customer experiences. Assist with platform configurations, setup, and integration. Support data management, segmentation, and real-time customer data activation through AEP. Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization using Adobe Target to enhance user experience. Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and escalations. Offer guidance on platform best practices, and recommend solutions for improving operational efficiency. Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Experience working in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in a customer support engineering or related role. Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Target. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with complex integrations. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a bonus.
