Job Description: About this role: Expand reporting and modeling capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning, with a focus on headcount planning for frontline customer service roles Build user-friendly financial reports, identify trends, plan, forecast, budget and provide insights for senior stakeholders Identify anomalies in financial trends (e.g., revenue changes) and provide insights into the causes Engage with internal users (directors, VPs, cost center owners) to track budgets and explain deviations Lead the preparation of major components of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with business unit owners.
