Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title : Senior Business Systems Analyst Duration : 12-15 months (potential for full-time conversion) Location : Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid) Visa : No H1b/CPT Job Description I am seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Finance, Quality, or Purchasing to support a major D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) transformation project. The role involves working closely with Product Owners (POs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and a Systems Integrator to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the system. Key Responsibilities: Domain Expertise: Apply your expertise in Finance, Quality, or Purchasing to drive success in the D365 transformation. Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Systems Integrators to gather requirements and enhance system functionalities. Data Management: Lead data cleansing, validation, and migration efforts to ensure data accuracy. Travel: Provide onsite support at various locations across Canada, the US, and Europe. Coaching & Mentorship: Support and mentor Product Owners and junior BSAs throughout the project lifecycle. Testing & Validation: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation activities to ensure a successful implementation. Qualifications: Specialization in Finance, Quality, or Purchasing processes. Proven experience with D365 F&SCM or similar ERP systems. Strong proficiency in Excel and data management. Experience collaborating with Systems Integrators on global projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience & Education: 5-7 years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in D365 F&SCM. Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
