Customize Salesforce applications by configuring objects, fields, record types, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, page layouts, and reports. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end users, to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical expertise and recommendations for Salesforce configurations and customizations that support business needs. Develop integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs and middleware. Perform Salesforce platform maintenance tasks, such as data management, security configuration, user management, and application upgrades. Stay informed about new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements. Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and customization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Certified Platform Developer II certifications preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration. In-depth understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and declarative capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
