From: suman kumar sahu, vyze inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Product Owner (Workforce Management + Kronos UKG Experience) Location: United State - Remote Duration: 6+ Months MOI: Remote Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD Client: TXJ We are seeking a candidate with expertise in the following areas: Agile Methodology and Product Owner Certification (required) Kronos Workforce Central and Kronos PRO platforms (required) Kronos Dimension (preferred, not required) 8+ years experience as Product Owner Must work EST hours Key Responsibilities: Backlog Management: Own and manage the teams product backlog, including defining and prioritizing user stories, refining acceptance criteria, and ensuring a clear definition of "done." You will have the autonomy to make decisions regarding the backlog. Collaboration with Product Manager: Work closely with the Product Manager to align on priorities, support driving Product Increment (PI) objectives at the team level, and ensure optimal PI feature allocation. Iteration Planning: Drive iteration goals by prioritizing user stories and guiding the team toward optimal outcomes. Product and Domain Expertise: Leverage in-depth product/domain knowledge to provide insight into necessary product enhancements, maintenance needs, and efficiency improvements. Quality and Integrity: Ensure the technical integrity of the solution and serve as the decision-maker on product features, including functional requirements (NFRs). You will also be responsible for accepting user stories and iteration increments. Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analyses to optimize product delivery while staying informed on industry trends. Vision and Roadmap Contribution: Actively contribute to shaping the product vision, roadmap, and ROI, ensuring alignment between the team's backlog and the overall roadmap. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on goals. Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and manage team risks, dependencies, and scope trade-offs to ensure timely delivery. System Architect Collaboration: Collaborate with the System Architect to prioritize enablers and ensure a well-integrated solution. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder expectations, balance scope with timeline impacts, and ensure proactive risk management. Agile Leadership: Embrace and promote SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum frameworks, while encouraging a lean, agile mindset within the team. Continuous Improvement: Use metrics to evaluate team progress, identify improvement areas, and incorporate feedback from system demos and retrospectives into future iterations. Agile Practices: Leverage Agile tools and processes such as story mapping, value stream mapping, and Fibonacci scale estimation to enhance planning and execution. DevOps and Security Best Practices: Promote and support DevOps and security best practices within the team. System Demo Preparation: Play a key role in preparing and delivering system demos, ensuring high-quality presentations. Active Participation in Ceremonies: Actively engage in Release Train and Agile ceremonies, such as PI Planning, System Demos, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and Team Agile ceremonies. Budget Awareness: Understand rolling wave plans and their impact on budget management.
