Visa:- Location:- Job Description - Android Developer Location - Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid) Requirements 5+ years of experience developing large-scale Android applications Proven expertise with Kotlin and the Android SDK Experience with modern Android libraries, particularly Jetpack Compose Ability to evaluate and scope solutions to address current and future business needs Strong understanding of best practices for scalability, performance, accessibility, and security in mobile applications Familiarity with Android build, test, debug, and CI/CD tools for compiling, testing, packaging, and shipping large-scale Android applications Ability to translate wireframes and mockups into reusable components and layouts Understanding of the entire mobile development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and releases Nice to Have: -oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work with quick turnaround times Prescreening: 5 questions, coding assessment, and a game Soft Skills Needed: Strong communication, collaborative problem-solving, ability to translate technical updates for stakeholders, deep knowledge of the Android platform including calling APIs, working with JSON data, and building layouts/components Team Details: Large team of around 10 members This role (Native AMP Experience) is critical to enabling DX content strategy for the Android banner app. This role builds, enhances, and supports native AMP components that allows DX and Site Production to create, preview, and publish customer acquisition and landing screens on the banner app (i.e., Home page, Brand/Department, and Seasonal pages).
