From: komal, Incom Technologies Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Help Desk Specailist Visa : At least 6 months of valid work authorization (Citizen, GC, EAD, H-1B, OPT-EAD, H4-EAD) Exp : 5+ years Mandatory : candidates must be from MD or VA Location Duties/Responsibilities: Re-image Windows computers using enterprise re-imaging software Troubleshoot user accounts to ensure theyre able to connect and authenticate network services Troubleshoot Windows computers software and hardware Install software applications and customize software for individual users Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software Remote management, support, troubleshooting and end-user support of laptops and users AD end-user administration (i.e. account creation, unlocking, password changes, attribute changes, etc) Provide phone and online troubleshooting, resolution and support of remote technical users Traveling between MDThink and MDH offices as necessary for laptop support/reimaging, etc. Relevant Skills: At least five (5) years of IT work experience. Knowledge of Windows software and hardware Knowledge Zscaler software Knowledge of Active Directory end-user administration Knowledge/experience installing, supporting, troubleshooting laptop computers Knowledge/experience installing software on laptop computers Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptop computers Knowledge/experience providing remote end-user support Keywords: active directory information technology |
