Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum/Lean/Kanban). Strong understanding of Scrum tools and concepts (Release Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown, Velocity, User Stories, Complexity, Estimating, Story Boarding/Mapping, Definition of Done, etc.) Experience with Data marts and Data warehouse Experience leading IT project delivery with experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure, resource management, database design, and other systems support and development. Deep skills using project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft 365 SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or equivalent experience is desired.
