[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Official Title/Assigned Title: Technical Project Manager-Oracle Integrations Direct Hire/Contract/Contract to hire: Contract (12 months) ONLY USC and GC Job Description Duties: This position will be interacting with a team that will be implementing Oracle Cloud for ZimVies Dental Company. The Technical Project Manager for Integrations will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of 100 integrations into Oracle Cloud. This role requires a deep technical understanding of integration methodologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The following are additional responsibilities: Work closely with multiple external vendors to coordinate and execute work activities, ensuring that integration solutions are developed and implemented effectively. Collaborate with technical teams to design integration solutions, ensure adherence to best practices, and oversee testing and validation processes Planning and coordination to ensure all deployments are aligned with System Integration Testing (SIT) timeframes Manage, document and control the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of global application projects involving departmental, cross-functional and vendor teams focused on the delivery of new or existing technology application and/or services Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure projects and deliverables are compliant (e.g. documented, on time, within budget) Manage project budgets to approved levels of both capital expenditures and operational expenditures (to include appropriate variance analysis, invoice tracking, accruals, etc.) Recommend project budget and/or schedule changes based on business needs/conditions and customer requirements Assesses and understand business processes to build effective project risk management plans that minimize business disruption or revenue impact Appropriately set expectations and ensure alignment on scope & schedule among and between business customers, IT and team members Required Skills (Listed in Order of Importance): Bachelors degree PMP Certification 5-8 years of demonstrated IT Technical Project management experience with a strong background in system integrations. Must have Oracle Integration Project management experience. Must have been part of an ERP-Oracle Cloud project as the PM, preferably a global implementation. This resource does not have to be specifically technical in OIC but must have managed large integrations projects. Experience managing multiple vendors and multiple deadlines. Must have vendor management experience as this is a large part of this position. Experience in working with PM Tools and technologies. Understanding of Life Sciences or highly regulated environments, must have previous experience working on Global development projects. Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives. This resource will be directly reporting to Senior Level Executives.
