This project involves implementing and configuring the hub infrastructure and utilizing an agile methodology to support all SDLC phases, from design to operations. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Implementation: Set up and configure the infrastructure for the Data Integration Hub. Agile Development: Design, develop, and implement the hub following an agile SDLC approach, including creating Epics, User Stories, and Tasks. Data Automation: Automate data acquisition from diverse sources and ensure efficient integration. SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL scripts for data handling. Testing & Deployment: Perform integration, load, and stress testing; manage internal and external deployments. Operations Support: Provide ongoing support and enhance the data integration hub. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with: Snowflake architecture and components. Hands-on work with Snowflake objects (Databases, Procedures, Tasks, Streams). Expertise in Snowflake cloning for databases and schemas. Managing Snowflake Warehouses and optimizing performance for query execution. Implementing and managing Snowflake RBAC (Role-Based Access Control). Integrating Snowflake SSO and SCIM for secure identity management. Working with CI/CD pipelines and version control for Snowflake code deployments. Experience with ETL/ELT tools like Informatica and ADF. Automating tasks using Snowflake SQL and scripting (Python, Shell scripting). Monitoring and troubleshooting Snowflake environments, including usage tracking and query profiling. Implementing Snowflake security features (data masking, encryption, network policies). Proficiency in technical writing and diagramming using tools like Visio, Erwin, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Experience Required: Working in an agile sprint team using tools like JIRA. Prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality work on time while working with multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of coding experience following best software development practices. 4+ years of experience with healthcare data security principles. Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and switch between assignments quickly. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience. Healthcare industry experience or experience with HHS agencies.
