This role is 100% remote within Wisconsin, but occasional in-office work may be required based on business needs. Job Description: The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating complex business systems and processes. With 10+ years of experience, this role supports system transformation efforts, elicits and documents business requirements, and ensures alignment between business processes and supporting systems, applications, and interfaces. The ideal candidate has experience in business process evaluation, documentation, technical requirements gathering, and software quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document existing systems and processes. Work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements. Provide business process mapping and suggest solution options. Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Assist in software quality assurance testing. Top Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and documentation. Strong communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Nice to Have: Experience with process diagrams (Visio) and source code repository tools.
