| Min 10 Years of Experience | Must have LinkedIn | Must Have Retail Domain Experience Please share Resumes at [email protected] Role: QA LEAD (Retail domain is must) Location: Dallas, Phoenix, Pleasanton, Vancouver Canada Duration: Long Term (C2C) Not accepting OPT/CPT/GC or H1 Transfer Profile at this Moment Skillset: 9+ years of relevant work experience in testing critical applications. 2-3 years experience leading testing activities in medium to large projects Acts as a point of contact for inter and intra departmental interaction Represents the software testing team as well as enables customer relationship Deciding the test budget and schedule Identifying the testing activities for other team members like testers or test engineers Planning the entire testing process Checking the availability of the resources to execute testing activities Identifying if the process of testing is going in sync with the software development Preparing the status report of testing activities Sharing updates on testing with the project manager Planning pre and post-test meetings Strong Coordination skills to interact with different teams to lead end to end testing Good to have Mainframe Testing experience Strong Database Testing skills Expectations from this role: Ensuring adherence to test practices and process to improve test coverage, for the following: 1. Create Test Estimates and Schedules 2. Identify business processes, conduct risk analysis and ensure test coverage 3. Ensure adherence of processes and standards 4. Produce test results, defect reports, test logs and reports for evidence of testing 5. Publish RCA reports and preventive measures 6. Report progress of testing 7. Contribute for Revenue savings for client by suggesting alternate method 8.
