Job Description - Title : Python Developer/ Only Locals and Financial domain required Visa : H4-Ead /GC-EAD Location : Dallas, TX (5 Days Onsite) MOI : Skype Duration : 6+ month Must have Visa, DL and LinkedIn Responsibilities: Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Perl, Python Experience working in a Unix operating system and scripts Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Experience with software development tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience working with certificates, encryption and cyber security Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and critically. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with financial services and/or capital markets is a plus. Work on modernizing and reducing risks in Perl ecosystem by designing, developing and deploying appropriate changes including uplifts to modernized software stack and decommission. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that follows industry standards and best practices. Conduct testing to ensure software quality and functionality. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers to ensure code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely and efficient manner. Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in software development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software engineering practices.
