Role: Project Manager (Fraud Detection and Prevention)

Locations: Charlotte, NC/ Detroit, MI (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from Adjacent states only.

Job Description:

Highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the fraud space.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to MongoDB and experience in data management.

This role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of fraud detection and prevention.

Project Management:

Lead and manage projects within the fraud space, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Fraud Detection and Prevention:

Utilize expertise in fraud detection and prevention to guide project objectives.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to mitigate fraud risks.

Data Management:

Oversee data-related aspects of projects, ensuring data integrity and security.

Work with MongoDB and other data management tools to support project needs.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor project team members.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fraud space.

Exposure to MongoDB and experience in data management.

Strong understanding of fraud detection and prevention techniques.

Skills:

Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
