Your role will involve providing strategic leadership, building our teams, solutioning, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of Salesforce projects. You will be a key player in shaping our Salesforce offerings, fostering strong client partnerships, and contributing to the commercial success of our Salesforce practice. Responsibilities Include: Leadership & Client Engagement: Lead and mentor teams focused on Salesforce delivery, fostering a culture of client-centric excellence and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their Salesforce needs are understood and met with innovative solutions. Help build, scale, and lead our Salesforce delivery and implementation arm of our business. Sales Support & Business Development: Understand client business needs and then translate those into Salesforce Programs and Solutions with intentional focus on business outcomes and benefits. Help lead pre-sales activities, including solutioning, client presentations, proposal development, and responding to RFPs for Salesforce projects. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding Salesforce services and offerings and new or existing customers. Develop and promote Salesforce delivery accelerators and industry-specific assets to enhance our market offerings. Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure that projects are delivered with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Commercial Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and alignment with financial targets. Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts for Salesforce engagements. Monitor project financials, making adjustments as needed to meet commercial objectives. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and financial performance to senior management. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and deliver value. Present project updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foster strong working relationships with partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders to support project success. Solution Ownership: Own sales and delivery solutions - Drives conversations with our customers technology teams and business stakeholders to connect desired outcomes directly to Salesforce solution implementations using leading practices Own solution direction and project outcomes for client delivery - help provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions based on RFPs, client conversations, or partner asks. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solutions feasibility and functionality. Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers Support Internal Capability Development and Studio buildout - Helps experiment with, pilot, and scale new Salesforce and partner offerings Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members and help interview candidates to join our growing team Help drive utilization and revenue outcomes for the capability Drive Brand Development - Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations Skill Development & Team Leadership: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the Salesforce delivery team. Stay updated on Salesforce industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in delivery management. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed in their roles. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience (10+ years) in project delivery and client engagement within a Salesforce and consulting environment. Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, tools, technologies and proven ability to help sell, solution and deliver across clients. Knowledge and working knowledge of Salesforce product suite including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, Mulesoft, Platform, & App Exchange. Extensive experience of shaping, leading and delivering complex E2E Salesforce client programs with clear focus on outcomes and benefits Ability to understand the latest Salesforce roadmap and enhancement capabilities to grow our teams and apply to clients existing footprint, new opportunities and engagements. Strong experience in leading pre-sales activities, client presentations, and business development efforts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and financial performance. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Bachelors or Master's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
