| From: khushboo, Digital Dhara [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: EPIC Clarity Caboodle Admin Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Epic Clarity Caboodle Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining Epic Clarity and Caboodle environments in Azure, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and implementing data integration solutions. The candidate should also possess excellent technical and communication skills to collaborate with IT teams and end-users. Responsibilities: Implement and support the Payor Platform in Epic, including Clarity/Caboodle infrastructure design, implementation, and configuration of Epic BI. Implement and support Epic Cogito and SQL Server Database in Large Hospital Systems Design and implement SQL server database platforms and Clarity/Caboodle implementation, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Collaborate with Storage, Network, and Windows teams to implement best server-performance practices. Manage the Epic Cogito data warehouse, ensuring data accuracy and conducting regular quality checks. Develop and implement data integration solutions between the Epic EHR system and the Cogito data warehouse. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving complex issues. Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and user guides. Lead system upgrades, patches, and testing, ensuring seamless transitions to new versions. Manage security access, including user account creation, permission management, and role-based security models. Continuously assess system performance and user needs, identifying opportunities for improvement. Lead and manage Epic migrations from on-premises environments to Azure. Qualifications: Must have Epic Certification in Clarity and Caboodle. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Clarity and Caboodle administration. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL Server database administration and performance tuning. Strong experience in implementing and supporting high-availability SQL environments. Proficiency in managing and maintaining Epic Cogito data warehouse and BI tools. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Strong documentation skills and experience in developing system documentation. Ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various IT teams and end-users. Experience in Epic migrations from on-premises to Azure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Business Object Administrator. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations. Familiarity with storage, network, and Windows server management. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or Equivalent Experience.
