Create design document with implementation specifications and Unit test plans and Unit test results Develop components and customize the application to fulfill business requirements Analyze changes request and production incidents and identify root cause of issues and identify code fixes for same Essential Skills: 10+ years of overall Experience in Mainframe Application Development 8+ years of experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2 development Experience in MS SQL Server related database products Knowledge of Retail Background is an advantage Desirable Skills: Should have hands-on development of COBOL Programs, IMS, CICS components. Should have experience in analyzing legacy application code components and document functionality. o Should have strong foundation in triaging JCL batch Jobs Experience in MS SQL Server related database products o Design, develop programs and implement highest-quality software application solutions.
