Good experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Sales & Distribution (SD) module. Certified in SAP SD module. Experience on OTC integration with MM, EWM, FI, SCM modules. Experience working with SFDC integration. Experience working with CPI on iFlows. Experience working with onsite- offshore model. Expert knowledge in sales and logistics modules such as SD, Service Management, Variant Configuration, Logistics Execution, Pricing, Billing. Knowledge of integration points and techniques between sales with other SAP components, such as finance and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications. Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 in application and configuration. Partner with Business and IT partners to understand business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs) needed to support them. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and inefficiencies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively. Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication. General technical background.
