Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder team progress. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, coaching team members as needed. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment.
