Someone who has managed the build/development life cycle for a SAP S/4 Greenfield implementation using agile/scrum methodology 2. Can lead 100+ team members across onsite and offshore to manage the sprint process 3. Create and present detailed and complex sprint burn down charts daily to track progress of sprint Job Description/ Responsibilities Responsible for creating detailed project plan for design and build phase for the SAP S/4HANA Global Template Lay groundwork for the offshore team in terms of environment readiness, access, extension standards and spring plan so that they can hit the ground running Coordinate between design/functional and build/technical teams so that the teams are equipped to deliver the backlogs for each of sprints for the baseline config and RICEFW Create daily and weekly burndown reports to track progress of Sprint Work with various teams to unblock challenges and mitigate risk so that teams can deliver per their sprint plan Present status to various stakeholders about sprint progress Work with Data Migration, cut over and Test Leads to support them as needed What are the top 3 skills required for this role 1. Ability to work with SAP functional and technical teams to be the bridge between them and facilitate RICEFW development and testing 2. Ability to lead large teams and experience in SAP S/4HANA program implementation as SAP Program Manager 3. Ability to create detailed project plan, RAID Log, Sprint burndown charts - Lead the implementation and optimization of Solution Manager across various projects. - Oversee the development and execution of project plans to ensure timely delivery. - Provide expert consultancy services to clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions. - Conduct thorough assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. - Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project milestones. - Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues. - Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements. Qualifications - Possess a deep understanding of Solution Manager and its applications. - Demonstrate strong project management skills with a proven track record. - Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Show proficiency in conducting assessments and audits. - Have experience in delivering training and workshops. - Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
