Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that can enhance our internet service 2 offerings and operational efficiency. Identify and map out scaling requirements, including network-level partnering/ peering with value chain partners such as cable or other telecom carriers. Provide strategic direction and oversight for all technology-related projects. Collaborate with Axiom department heads in sales, support, and KPI delivery. Requirements Strong background in design, documentation, deployment and management of ISP networks. Ability to configure and maintain network infrastructure components including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs etc. Experience in monitoring and optimizing network performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to maximize uptime and quality of service. Knowledge of Fiber network architecture, backbone maintenance and monitoring Good understanding of back-office (OSS/BSS) systems integration and related features that support:- Customer Service, Sales ,Network monitoring. and Internet-based VOIP phone service. Knowledge of Data Privacy with an emphasis on customer data protection. Proven track record delivering complex projects and managing in-house and external resources to accomplish them. Ability to work well with others and support other team members in their areas of responsibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, fiber optic networking; familiarity with fixed wireless deployments a plus. Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering field or strong technical background and industry expertise. Certifications and hands-on experience in industry-standard platforms.
