The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and enhancement of SailPoint IIQ solutions and provide technical support for ongoing operations, troubleshooting, and incident management. This is an on-site role requiring strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless identity governance operations.Key Responsibilities:SailPoint IIQ Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions within the SailPoint IIQ platform, including workflows, rules, and connectors. Customize and enhance the platform to meet the organizations identity governance requirements. Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various enterprise applications (e.g., AD, LDAP, databases, and cloud systems). Develop and maintain provisioning and de-provisioning processes for user accounts. Create advanced reports, dashboards, and certification campaigns.L2/L3 Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor the health and performance of the SailPoint environment, ensuring system availability and operational efficiency. Respond to L2/L3 escalations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Collaborate with end-users, IT teams, and vendors to address system issues and enhancements. Manage access requests, role modifications, and troubleshooting for identity provisioning errors. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues. Develop scripts for automation and continuous improvement of support processes.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and configuration. Strong knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs for IIQ customization. Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity systems. Expertise in SailPoint certification campaigns, connectors, and role management. Proficiency in providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and performance tuning. Familiarity with IAM frameworks, identity lifecycle management, and compliance processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management) is a plus.
