Role: Workday Solutions Architect Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Month Required Skills: Workday Integrations, Security, and HCM Must Haves: Workday Integrations and Security expertise. Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business conversations. Experience as a Solutions Architect 4. Strong reporting and functional understanding to help determine where legacy solutions should be migrated within Workday or other cloud software. Key Responsibilities: Expertise in Workday integrations and security, along with a strong understanding of HCM Payroll functional models. Ability to make educated decisions regarding Workday solutions Strategically sunset legacy systems, focusing on functional and security perspectives Collaborate closely with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless transitions and integrations. Provide guidance and mentorship to internal team members in the areas of security and integrations. Plusses: API knowledge. Experience with Salesforce.
