MUST HAVE STRONG: In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials and proficiency in configuring systems to solution for organizational needs. Experience with data migration and integration projects within financial systems. Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Workday environment. Strong analytical abilities to understand and interpret financial data. A Fintech leader is responsible to manage the full application lifecycle of the solutions, from inception through development, deployment, and continuous improvement. They Should collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement enhancements, oversee the solutions performance, and ensures compliance with security and governance policies. Core Skills In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials and proficiency in configuring systems to solution for organizational needs. Experience with data migration and integration projects within financial systems. Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Workday environment. Strong analytical abilities to understand and interpret financial data. Excellent communication skills for clear and concise information transfer. Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications. Product Solution Design and Technical Requirements: Provide support to Product Owners, through the full project lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing enhancements/optimizations, addressing and resolving issues related to the Workday Financials system. Develop a deep understanding of financial business processes and their technical integration with Workday functionalities. Ensures appropriate quality of testing of the solution(s) design has been achieved E2E, in a production like environment, prior to deployment. Designing and implementing innovative financial technology solutions to enhance business processes. Demonstrates adaptability to new releases and updates within the Workday platform, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards. Application Portfolio Management Oversee the management and execution of the Financials systems portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Guarantee the integrity of financial data within the system, supporting regular audits and validations. Continuously researching and staying up-to-date with the latest financial technology trends and advancements. IT Governance / Risk framework Establishing and maintaining a governance structure that aligns IT strategy with business objectives. Informing the development and implementation of policies, procedures, controls, and metrics to manage IT risks effectively. Release and Deployment - Ensure that solution design follows the established IT governance framework for deployment with required documentation. Trust is Contagious!!
