| Hi, Role: GCP Lead Data Engineer Location: Madison, Wisconsin Contract Job Description: Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Madison, Wisconsin or be willing to relocate to the area. Hands on GCP experience with very good communication skill. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 12+ years of experience with Information Technology 5+ years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, such as BigQuery, CloudRun, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Containers, Workflows, IAM, Etc . Understanding of cloud-native solutions and architecture is critical Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in as Python, SQL, Terraform, CI/CD, Git flows, Attunity, AutoSys, Airflow Dag creation, execution, and monitoring Strong knowledge on Production support, Debugging and performance tuning Effective communication skills for collaborating with global teams, including clear documentation practices and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Insurance domain preferable Good understanding of data integration, data quality and data architecture Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of Unstructured Data Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams.
