The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP PLM implementation and enhancement projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design, configure, and optimize SAP PLM solutions to meet business needs. Provide expertise in PLM processes, including document management, change management, and product data management. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Stay up-to-date with SAP PLM developments and best practices. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12-15 years of experience in SAP PLM, with a focus on implementation and project management. Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to PLM, such as PDM, DMS, and ECM. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
