The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Native and React JS and be capable of mentoring junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of pixel-perfect, high-performing web and mobile apps using React Native and React JS. Utilize native APIs for deep platform integration, ensuring applications are scalable, reliable, and high-performing across multiple platforms. Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation of applications. Transition existing React web applications to React Native, maintaining high code quality and writing automated tests. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables. Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to guarantee application stability. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools, integrating new technologies as needed. Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on React Native and React JS. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies, including ES6+ syntax. Solid understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage. Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code. Expertise in debugging dependency conflicts and working with third-party dependencies. Familiarity with native build tools such as XCode and Gradle. Experience with mobile app development best practices and performance optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with automated testing suites and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git. Prior experience or knowledge of QSR industry challenges is a plus.
